FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: coil sowing apparatus includes a housing with a sowing coil and a valve installed under it. Valve working surface is made smooth with front and rear parts made in form of part of cylinder surface with centre of radius of curvature R in centre of rotation of sowing coil, and has a valve seeds discharge edge made with a bevel identical to the valve seeds discharge edge. At that, the seeds discharge edge is increased relative to the coil rotation centre and is located at 1/3 of the seeding coil radius r value measured from the seeding coil rotation centre. At that, the valve rear part gage angle, measured from the valve seeds discharge edge from the seeding coil rotation centre, is equal to α = 55°. Remaining part of smooth working surface of valve is occupied by valve front part made identical to that of valve working surface. On the entire rear part of the valve working surface and part of the front working surface of the valve there is a continuous coating of rubber with pins, the thickness of which is equal to 2 mm. Angle of coverage of solid coating of rubber with studs, measured from edge of valve seeds discharge from centre of rotation of seeding coil, is equal to β = 100°. Thorns of continuous coating from rubber are made in the form of straight round cylinders arranged in staggered order and having elastic properties. Height of studs h is equal to average value of thickness of seeds h = 2…3 mm, stud diameter d = 3…4 mm. At that, free gap between upper bases of spikes and ribs of coil, considering height of studs, measured along vertical axis of symmetry of coil, is equal to c = 8…17 mm. At the valve output, the free space between the stud tops and the coil ribs, taking into account the stud height, measured along the symmetry axis of the coil, is k = 4…5 mm. At that, inner surface of walls of housing of seed box is coated with antifriction material of plastic type, and front part of valve, which has no solid coating of rubber with studs, is also coated with antifriction material of plastic type.
EFFECT: invention improves uniformity of seeds sowing, ensures dough stability and reduces damage of seeds.
