FIELD: geophysics.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for behavior of marine seismic survey activities. Wing systems for holding preset positions of sources and receivers in an apparatus for collecting seismic data are connected to buoys supporting seismic sources and receivers. Each wing system includes device (18) with positive buoyancy, a pair of control cables, multiple sections of underwater wing (30) and actuator (52). Pair of control cables can be attached to the floating device and continue downward from the floating device to the submerged end. Multiple sections of hydrofoil can be located in direction of control cables between floating device (18) and submerged end. Actuator can be configured to adjust the angle of attack of the hydrofoil sections by varying the tension of one or both control cables. Control of direction of movement is carried out in several modes, described by data distributed through control system, located in connection with wings systems.
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the accuracy and informativeness of the data obtained.
