SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control of charging and discharging of battery of supercapacitors. Disclosed is a device which provides an advantage, which consists in the fact that to control it there is no need to modify electric wiring of engine, which ensures operation of engine even when battery is partially damaged, completely out of order or absent. Present invention relates to a portable version of the proposed device implementation, its implementation version for permanent use and another version of its implementation, in which the disclosed device is connected to the battery, forming a unit used to supply the motor with electric power.

EFFECT: disclosed is a device and a method of controlling charging and discharging of supercondensers.
