SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method for regulating an on-board network and a vehicle. The method for regulating the on-board network of a vehicle includes the stages of: detecting commands for charging or discharging batteries; adapting the set point (vc) for adjusting the generator voltage so as to charge or discharge the batteries; maintaining the state of charge of the batteries in the absence of a charging command and a discharging command. In order to charge the batteries, the voltage regulation set point (vc) is increased until the measured value (ib) of the battery current is less than the maximum value (imax) of the charging current.
EFFECT: control of on-board network voltage is achieved by controlling electrical power using a generator and discharging batteries.
