FIELD: training; laboratory installations.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to installations for conducting training sessions on the following disciplines: "Technosphere safety", "Technological processes and polluting emissions", "Industrial ecology", "Environmental protection in heat engineering". To achieve the technical result, a laboratory plant is proposed, which includes combustion chamber (1) with a loading opening from above (3), dust catcher (6) equipped with filter (7), and adsorber (10), connected in series by means of branch pipes with samplers (5, 9, 14). Combustion chamber (1) includes crucible (4) installed in it through loading window (3) with pre-ignited solid fuel, nozzle for air supply to combustion chamber equipped with gate (2), and nozzle for outlet of gases from combustion chamber with sampler (5), communicating with filter (7) of ash collector (6), arranged in its housing, made of glass. Filter (7) is made in the form of a glass hollow sphere with holes for gas outlet. Top of the ash collector housing is equipped with cover (8) in the form of metal plate, in which through branch there is a branch pipe with sampler (9) for outgoing gases, connected to adsorber (10) intended for absorption of sulfur dioxide. Two truncated cones (11, 12) are arranged one above the other in the adsorber base, between the conical walls and upper parts of which there is a space intended for filling from above with a nozzle of activated carbon through a loading hole made in the upper cone. At that to the greater base of the lower cone from outside the ring with the bead is attached along the external perimeter of the ring for fixation of the upper cone relative to the lower cone, and in conical walls and in upper parts of cones 11, 12 there are holes for gas flow passage. Adsorber housing is made of glass and equipped with a branch pipe for removal of the cleaned combustion products into the extract with sampler (14) installed on it. Besides, detachable heat insulation is installed on outer surface of combustion chamber (1), ash collector (6) and adsorber (10).
EFFECT: technical result consists in expansion of technical means for visual study of solid fuel combustion products cleaning effect in order to reduce concentration of suspended particles and sulfur dioxide in outgoing gases.
