FIELD: manufacture of boilers. SUBSTANCE: unit has raw material supply device with dust preparation grinding device, boiler set with fire furnace unit of suspended dust carrying layer and technological channels-activator unit of pneumatic transport type; unit has also power-generating system with steam separation equipment and steam distributing adjusting device, material receiving station, smoke evacuation system and burner devices for furnace unit. Boiler unit is multistage owing to which fire furnace device of suspended dust carrying layer included in this unit is formed by activator producing furnace provided with flame afterburner chamber and gasifier producing furnace provided with dust ashing and ballast chambers. Burner device of activator producing furnace in furnace unit, as well as burner device of gasifier producing furnace is connected with steam distributing adjusting device of power-generating system.
