FIELD: fuel.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing of fine fuel with ash part content of 10-70 % and can be used in production of gaseous fuel for heat and power plants. Gas generator contains horizontally oriented reactor, gasification zone installed in it in direction of fuel movement, equipped with facilities to supply air, gas flow narrowing chamber provided with perforation, consisting of air and fuel material, pyrolysis zone in medium of generator gas, wherein gasification chamber has antechamber, behind gas flow narrowing chamber generator has fuel carbon post-combustion area, and pyrolysis zone is made with possibility to post-gasify fuel material by air supply into it and located in two chambers for gas mixture stabilization and holding, communicating with each other in direction perpendicular to movement of fuel material, wherein antechamber, as well as one of gas mixture holding and stabilization chambers are provided with pocket for ash collection.

EFFECT: technical result is increase of ash-rich fuel dwell time in gas generator, possibility to completely conduct ash-rich fuel gasification process, additional output of ash from gas generator chambers.
