FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used for joint arthrodesis in children with cerebral paralysis. From a single approach, a talus and navicular bones are connected by two screws with a diameter within range of 3 to 4.6 mm, and tenodesis of musculus tibialis posterior is realized. Method provides fusion of the anterior talocacaneal articulation, reduced risk of recurrent planovalgus foot deformation in children with cerebral paralysis ensured by minimally invasive approach.
