SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of vehicles, namely to versions of reactive devices using a jet water propulsor. Variants of reactive devices using a jet water propulsor include a body-fuselage, wings for creation of aerodynamic lift, water supply system connecting water intake device with power jet unit and with system of water outlet channels, control cabin, integrated control system of jet device. In vertical lifting mode above water surface, hovering, acceleration, braking and landing on water surface, for the possibility of creating a stable total balancing vertical reactive moment relative to the centre of gravity of the lifted part of the jet apparatus from the outflow of water jets from the lifting water outlet nozzles, lifting water-outlet nozzles are located on the disk-like body-fuselage uniform perimeter evenly or in groups in at least three radial directions. Intake and mid flight water-jet device used during motion of jet device above water surface is submersible and fixed to body-fuselage by means of one or several telescopic consoles in front part of body-fuselage. To create lifting aerodynamic force at motion of jet device above water surface, jet device is equipped with circular transformable wing. In folded position segments of transformable circular wing form streamlined upper surface of disc-like body-fuselage, and during flight above water surface segments of circular wing extend above upper surface of body-fuselage. Upper surface of body-fuselage with extended segments of transformable circular wing has streamlined surface.
EFFECT: higher reliability of high-speed ship-aircraft over water surface in all modes of flight.
