SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of vehicles, namely to versions of reactive devices using a jet water propulsor. Each version of jet device using jet water propulsor includes body-fuselage, wings for creation of aerodynamic lift, water supply system connecting water intake device with power jet unit and with system of water outlet channels, control cabin, integrated control system of jet device. In vertical lifting, hovering, acceleration, braking and landing mode, to create stable total balancing vertical reactive moment relative to centre of gravity of lifted part of jet device from flow of water jets from lifting water nozzles, lifting water-outlet nozzles are located on perimeter of disc-shaped body-fuselage. Water intake device used during movement of jet device above water surface is submersible and is fixed to body-fuselage by means of transformed telescopic structures. To create lifting aerodynamic force at motion of jet device above water surface, jet device is equipped with circular transformable wing. In folded position segments of transformable circular wing form a streamlined top surface of disc-like body-fuselage. During flight above water surface segments of annular wing extend above upper surface of fuselage body, at that upper surface of fuselage body with extended segments of transformable circular wing has streamlined surface. Marching water-exhaust nozzles from the power jet unit are located in the tail part of the fuselage housing of the jet device.
EFFECT: high controllability of a high-speed craft – aircraft above the water surface in all flight modes.
