SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of shipbuilding, namely to high-speed ships moving on the surface of water, above the surface of water. High-speed ram wing boat includes main body of cigar shaped streamline form, carrying wings with elements of mechanization to create aerodynamic lift, water-jet powerplant, water intake devices, a system of ducts-pipelines connecting water intake devices with a power jet device and with exhaust nozzles, an integrated control system. In the front part of the main body of cigar shaped, a high-carrying high-wing is made, in the tail part of the main body, a carrying high-wing is made, fixed on a vertical console and located above the level of the front carrying wing. Exhaust nozzles from the marching jet propulsion units are located in the tail part of the central module, in addition, the exhaust nozzles from the power jet system are located in the form of a two-dimensional array along the outer surface of the boat, depending on the hydrodynamic resistance of the body sections, at the same time the exhaust nozzles from the power jet system located on the outer surface of the vessel have a variable thrust vector. Water intake device used when the ship moves above the surface of the water is submersible and fixed to the body by means of a transformable system of telescopic structures. Embodiments of the ship-wing are given.

EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the lift height when flying over the water surface to reduce the influence of the water surface disturbance on the stability of the vessel's movement.
