FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: device for injections comprises a piston for movement of a plug in a syringe or carpule, holder for piston, drive for axial movement of piston holder, control device connected with drive. At that, the holder is installed relative to the piston or its component with the possibility of relative movement on the limited section of the path with overcoming pre-stress force. Sensor device is provided which detects the relative position of the piston or at least one component thereof with respect to the holder and which comprises at least one sensor element interacting with the control device. At that, said control device is designed so that at activation of sensor element speed of translational movement of piston holder is at least reduced. Piston comprises a main body, and said component is configured to shift relative thereto. At that, the main body of the piston is made in the form of a hollow cylinder having an inner space, and in this inner space with the possibility of movement a component made in the form of a pusher is located.
EFFECT: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to devices for injections.
