FIELD: textile and paper.

SUBSTANCE: tray from cardboard sheet workpiece, which contains rectangular bottom, from which four baffle walls extend along folding lines. Two walls are located opposite each other and are bent from the bottom and with inclination towards each other. Two other side walls, bent from the bottom, are located perpendicular to the bottom and are made with a valve each made with length along side wall, smaller length of side wall, measured along the line of its bend from the bottom. Valve is bent relative to its side wall and is located on the inner side of the side wall with insertion of its tab into the slot in the bottom. Each of the first side walls is made with end valves of two parts, the first of which is connected along the bend line with the side wall, and the second one is connected along the bend line with the first part. Length of each first side wall along the line of its bend from the bottom is less than the length of the side of the bottom. First part of each valve of each side wall is bent from its side wall and is located with resting on bottom along line passing from line of bend of first part of end valve from its side wall to edge located on inner side of second side wall of its valve to provide inclination of first side walls towards each other. Second part of the end valve is bent from the first one and is located between the second side wall and its valve with insertion of the tab of the second part into the slot, into which the tab of the valve of the second side wall is introduced. On the side of the bend line of the first side wall from the bottom, its valve consisting of parts is made with a bevel along its length.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides strength of tray and preservation of its spatial shape during stacking.
