FIELD: agitation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a homogenizer device for preparation for use of a homogeneous heavy fuel mixture RMG380 and RMG500 (IS08217-17) in a ship diesel system fuel system. Disclosed is a device for homogenising a hydrodynamic treatment of heavy fuel for marine diesel engines, consisting of four series-connected chambers. In first (2) vacuum chamber consisting of 17 ejector elements arranged concentrically along circumference of the nozzle flange, homogenisation occurs as a result of abrupt change of exhaust velocity in nozzles and pressure drop in the chamber. In second chamber (3) of ultrasonic vibrations, jet impact is applied to the obstacle, which is made in the form of plates with baffle plates (8) installed before the fuel flow leaving the ejector elements of first chamber (2). In the third mixing chamber (4), homogeneity of the mixture is achieved by forcing the mixture through the holes and in last chamber (5) - the vortex chamber, with the plate-type plates located in it, the homogenisation effect is achieved as a result of cavitation occurring in the fuel under the effect of ultrasonic vibrations.

EFFECT: disclosed homogenizer increases efficiency and quality of homogenisation of heavy fuel mixture.
