SUBSTANCE: present application relates to steam iron (1). Steam iron (1) comprises sole (3). Sole (3) has steam channel (6) intended for steam passage, ironing surface (10), outlet holes (4) for steam passage between steam channel (6) and ironing surface (10), hole (9) passing between steam channel (6) and ironing surface (10), as well as flavoring agent cartridge (7) arranged in said hole (9) so that it enters steam channel (6) for distribution of flavoring substance in steam channel (6). Hole (9) fixes cartridge (7) for flavoring substance in sole (3) so that cartridge (7) for flavoring substance is level with spurious surface (10). Present invention also relates to a flavoring agent cartridge (7) and a method of imparting flavor to the steam formed by steam iron (1).
EFFECT: disclosed is a steam iron intended for containing a flavoring agent cartridge.
