METHOD OF CULTIVATION OF BRASSICA MUSTARD IN RICE CROPS OF KALMYKIA Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC A01G22/00 A01B79/02 

FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular to rice farming and land reclamation. Method includes the main soil treatment consisting of single-double stubble plowing after the previous crop, pre-sowing soil cultivation including covering harrowing, cultivation to depth of 5–6 cm and rolling. Prior to sowing, for 15–20 days seeds of mustard are encrusted using PS-10 as a dressing agent with Furadan preparations – 15 kg/t or Promet – 25 kg/t. Mustard is sown till plowing after plowing in late April in an alternate way by 30 cm norm of 2.0–2.5 million viable seeds per hectare. Then post-sack rolling is performed, and care of crops includes post-emergent harrowing of crops in the phase of the socket. Crops are treated with Decis at rate of 0.3–0.5 kg/ha and Metaphos 0.7–1.0 kg/ha. Mustard is removed by direct and separate methods in 1–2 decades of August.

EFFECT: method allows to produce high-quality mustard seeds when cultivating in rice cakes in rice crop rotation.
