FIELD: waste processing and disposal.

SUBSTANCE: technical solution relates to preliminary processing of wastes from thermoplastic polymer and non-crosslinked foamed polymer materials and can be used at their collection point with further delivery to stationary production for production of construction materials, containers, packing film and other articles. Installation is made with possibility of mounting on vehicle and with possibility of connection to source of supply voltage, contains control panel, grinder for crushing waste with a loading opening, associated with it means for heating crushed wastes with an opening for unloading, a container for collecting processed product, transport mechanisms for delivering waste to a loading opening of the grinder and delivering the processed product to a container for collection thereof, waste heating facility is made with heating of wastes to their softening temperature without destruction of structure of materials at molecular level with formation of compacted pieces of softened wastes, control panel is configured to control temperature within the waste softening temperature without their destruction and is connected to the heating elements.

EFFECT: invention improves quality of pre-processed wastes at their collection point and their use at deeper subsequent processing without addition of primary raw materials by excluding melting of polymer wastes with reduction of their volume, elimination of their destruction.
