SUBSTANCE: inventions group relates to variants of crushers used in the processing of waste from polymer and foamed polymer materials. The crusher includes a metal case with a receiving tray, a shredder unit with shafts, a crushed waste heating device connected to the shredder unit, an opening for unloading a vertical auger equipped with a drive into the shaft. There are four shafts with welded hooks in the chopper block. The crusher includes a horizontal screw with a drive for feeding crushed material into an extruder equipped with a drive. The four shafts have the ability to rotate in the same direction with respect to each other, or in the opposite direction with respect to each other, or in pairs both in the same direction with respect to the other pair, and in the opposite direction with respect to another pair both synchronously and asynchronously with respect to each other or pair to pair. The crusher is made with the possibility of forced supply of hot air into it through technological openings for heating the material and separating it from ice and water, and also contains channels for water outlet from the crusher.
