FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: burner comprises suction system of recirculated flue gases directly from combustion chamber by means of injector 1, into which combustion supporting substance is supplied; heat exchange system made with possibility of heat exchange between recycled flue gases and combustion supporting substance; fuel injection system directly into recycled flue gases containing or not containing a combustion supporting substance to form a mixture of: fuel, recycled flue gases, substance supporting combustion in zone around injector outlet of combustion sustaining substance and subsequent introduction of mixture into said combustion chamber, wherein injector 1 is formed from pipes 1a, which are parallel in their output parts, as well as from burner outlet cone 11, wherein burner comprises annular channel 12, which is a suction system for recirculating flue gases, transit chamber 2, fuel injection systems 5 and 8, wherein fuel injection systems are injection system 5 and injection system 8, wherein the heat exchange system of the burner is formed from the walls of the channel, which limit the flow of the combustion-supporting substance, having a surface or part thereof, contacting with the recycled flue gases; flow of combustion supporting substance moves in counterflow relative to incoming flue gases passing into annular channel 12, wherein fuel is directly introduced upstream of injector 1 into recirculating flue gases by injection system 5 and / or downstream of injector 1 front section by injection system 8 into mixture of combustion supporting substance and recycled flue gases, in latter case recycled flue gases already contain fuel, when injection system 5 is also used, at that fuel is injected into transit chamber 2, and when fuel is liquid, its transition into gaseous state takes place, while in transit chamber 2 there is no fuel combustion.

EFFECT: invention allows to reduce the level of emissions of substances polluting the environment.
