FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to agriculture. A biological preparation for preserving vegetable feed consists of 3 parts of liquid microbial cultures of Lactobacillus plantarum PL-99 and Lactobacillus buchneri BX-99 in a ratio of 1:1 with a final concentration of at least 1.0⋅109 CFU/cm3 and one part of a polyenzyme complex containing cellulase, activity of at least 400 U/cm3, xylanase, activity of at least 1700 U/cm3, and pectin-lyase, activity of at least 5000 U/cm3. A method for obtaining a biological preparation for preserving vegetable feed includes cultivating cultures of Lactobacillus plantarum and Lactobacillus buchneri in a liquid nutrient lactose-molasses medium without aeration until the concentration of living microorganisms is at least 4.0⋅109 CFU/cm3 and then mixing 3 parts of liquid microbial cultures of Lactobacillus plantarum PL-99 and Lactobacillus buchneri BX-99 in a ratio of 1:1 and one part of a polyenzymatic complex containing cellulase, activity of at least 400 CFU/cm3.
EFFECT: inventions make it possible to develop a biopreparation for preserving vegetable feed, which ensures the suppression of putrefactive bacteria that cause spoilage of feed.
