SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pulsed electronics. For this purpose, a time-pulse universal integrating voltage converter is proposed, consisting of an integrator, a double-threshold regenerative comparator and a four-channel analogue switch, at that, in the feedback circuit of the double-threshold regenerative comparator there are series connected four-channel analogue switch and two voltage followers, each of which can function as inverting, and a non-inverting repeater depending on the state of the comparator and the analogue switch it controls so that when the negative trigger threshold is set by the first input voltage, the non-inverted second input voltage is subjected to integration, and when setting the positive threshold of operation by inverting the first input voltage, the second input voltage inverted by polarity is integrated.
EFFECT: technical result is conversion of input signal into pulse repetition frequency or in time interval of output pulse voltage, as well as division of input signals.
