FIELD: precision pulse electronics.
SUBSTANCE: result is achieved by switching on a load resistor at the output of a universal time-to-pulse integrating converter (UTPIC) and a light flux (visible or infrared spectrum) modulator or a high-frequency radio signal, consisting of a voltage follower on an insulated gate field-effect transistor and an open source, to which a semiconductor light flux source or a radio-frequency generator is connected, and recipients of the time-pulse conversion result have a photoconverter or a radio receiver, respectively.
EFFECT: expansion of the UTPIC application areas, increase of its reliability due to application of the electronic circuit galvanic isolation from the input signal conversion result receiver.
