FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy and can be used for moulding of thermoplastic ceramic slurry and by direct forming by injection via nozzles. Proposed method comprises mixing of disperse powder of metal oxides with organic binder. Note here that 12-18 wt % of organic binder is added to disperse powder as metal oxide solid solutions, said binder consisting of the following components: bee wax or paraffin, bulk temperature increasing to 80-90°C.Then, fused mix consisting of stearic acid and ethyl vinyl acetate at weight ratio of 1/4-1/3 in amount of 5-6 wt % of organic binder mass is added thereto to mix prepared mass for readiness for 2 hours at 80-90°C.Disperse powder as metal oxide solid solutions is composed of superfine powder selected from the group: ZrO2-MgO, ZrO2-Y2O3, ZrO2-Y2O3-Al2O3.
EFFECT: higher fluidity at low temperatures and resistance to thermal effects.
