FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: device has a sensor connected to the input of an electric current pulse shaper, the outputs of which are intended for connection through a movable current lead, mounted on the spindle head stock, with the workpiece in the cartridge, and through the current lead for connection to the cutter. Electric current pulse shaper consists of serially connected pre-amplification units of signals from the sensor, an active selective filter, a clock pulse generator, a pulse duration generator and a current pulse amplitude former. Synchronization pulse generator includes three zero elements, inverter and three-input logic element "AND", as a sensor there used is a cutting force sensor designed for installation under the cutter. At that, active selective filter has three channels tuned to 1st, 3rd and 5th harmonics of cutting force variation respectively, which outputs are connected to corresponding inputs of zero elements of clock pulses generators, at that, outputs of the first and third null-organ directly, and of the second zero through the inverter are connected to the corresponding inputs of the three-input "AND" logic element, which output is output of clock pulse generator and is connected to input of pulses duration generator, which output is connected to input of amplitude generator of current pulses.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of treatment due to higher reliability of control phase elastoplastic deformation.
