SUBSTANCE: invention provides a water-activated luminescent dispersed material (1) containing particles (100), wherein each particle (100) comprises a solid-state light source (10) functionally connected to water-activated battery (20), and water-absorbing shell (120), comprising at least part of water-activated battery (20). Invention also provides a luminescent disperse material sprayer comprising a container configured to receive a water-activated luminescent disperse material.

EFFECT: water-activated disperse luminescent material is proposed.
