FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: use: for inspection of welded joints between precast reinforced concrete elements of building (structure). Summary of invention consists in the fact that device of periodic inspection of welded joints between elements of precast concrete building (structure) consists of unit of current converter, power supply and pair of calibrated connecting conductors, wherein it further comprises a matching analogue-to-digital converter and a portable computer, wherein terminals from unit of said current converter are connected to provided check points on controlled building or structure by means of said calibrated conductors, and power supply source is connected to said current converter by means of power cable.

EFFECT: technical result is possibility of rapid assessment of dynamics of reduction of strength of metal bonds of reinforcement welded joints between elements of precast concrete building (structure) and forecast strength of building (structure).
