FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power supply systems of vehicles, mainly aircraft. Hydrodynamic drive-generator contains at least two alternating-current generators (2, 3) and hydrodynamic torque converter (1) with pump wheel (4) and turbine wheel (5). Pump wheel (4) is kinematically connected to vehicle engine shaft. Turbine wheel (5) is kinematically connected with rotors of all generators by gear transmissions with identical gear ratio. At that, in all generators the rotors are located relative to the stators in the same position to ensure symmetry of rotation of the rotors of the generators.
EFFECT: invention increases capacity of power supply system, reduces its specific weight, increases reliability of its operation and quality of generated current.
