Plurality of elastic elements (35, 351–353) extending along the lateral direction are provided aligned in the longitudinal direction between sheets (31) and (32). Plurality of slits (50, 51, 52) having a predetermined length in a lateral direction are located on at least any one of sheets (31) and (32). Between the first elastic element (351) and the second elastic element (352), which are adjacent, first slot (51) is made from the side closer to the first elastic element (351). Between the second elastic element (352) and the third elastic element (353), which are adjacent, second slot (52) is made on the side closer to the third elastic element (353). Slots (51) and (52) overlap in the lateral direction, and no slot is made between slots (51) and (52).
