SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for generation and generation of microwave radio signals. In a device for generating microwave oscillations, comprising spin-transfer generator 1, consisting of successively fixed on each other first electrode 11, adhesive layer 12, antiferromagnetic layer 13, first ferromagnetic layer 14, insulating layer 15, second ferromagnetic layer 16, intermediate layer 17, free layer 18 and second electrode 19, power amplifier 2 is introduced, bridge 3, first frequency divider 4, phase detector 5, filter 6, current source 7, reference quartz oscillator 8 and second frequency divider 9. Spin-transfer generator 1 is connected through a series-connected power amplifier 2, bridge 3 and a first frequency divider 4 to phase detector 5. Reference quartz oscillator 8 is connected to phase detector 5 through the second frequency divider 9. Output of phase detector 5 is connected through series-connected filter 6 and current source 7 to spin-transfer generator 1.
EFFECT: increasing power and stability of output oscillations.
