FIELD: measuring technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of measuring technology and relates to a detector of microwave oscillations. The detector contains a heterostructure based on layers of an antiferromagnet and a non-magnetic metal successively located on the substrate, a means for tuning the operating frequency, made in the form of a source of a constant magnetic field, and receiving electrodes connected to the recorder. The heterostructure is made on a substrate transparent to microwave radiation; the antiferromagnet is an antiferromagnet with weak ferromagnetism. The detector circuit includes crossed waveguides and two sources of linearly polarized microwave radiation.
EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of tuning the operating frequency of the detector with increasing sensitivity to the detected microwave signal, the possibility of controlling the polarization of external radiation in order to excite the upper mode of the magnetic material.
