FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measuring equipment and pertains to a terahertz oscillation detector. Detector comprises an emission-transparent substrate, one surface whereof is open to receive emission, and the other contains a heterostructure based on a layer of an antiferromagnetic material and a first layer of a non-magnetic metal, arranged in series, as well as receiving electrodes. A second layer of a non-magnetic metal, placed between the substrate and the layer of the antiferromagnetic material, is additionally introduced. The antiferromagnetic material constitutes a uniaxial conductive metal antiferromagnetic with a light anisotropy axis and is equipped with current leads for the passage of direct electric current in the plane of the layer for reconfiguring the frequency of the detector. The receiving electrodes are placed on the surface of the first layer of the non-magnetic metal and are oriented perpendicular to the direction of current in the layer of the antiferromagnetic material.

EFFECT: possibility of reconfiguring the frequency of the detector.
