FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to centrifuges with automatic sampling and analysis of suspension. Centrifuge comprises drum, drum drive motor, frequency-controlled drive unit (FCDU) of drum for drive of drum drive motor, auger, screw drive motor, auger drive screw drive motor, pump, pump motor, FCDU pump drive motor, analysis unit and computer electrically connected to the FCDU of the auger, FCDU auger, FCDU of the pump, and the first analysis unit. Configuration of the assay unit provides automatic sampling of the suspension pumped into the drum and automatic transmission of data characterizing the suspension to a computer. Computer configuration provides calculation of control algorithms for the FCDU of the drum, FCDU auger and the FCDU of the pump using the first data and transmission of control signals to the FCDU of the drum, FCDU screw and FCDU pump to actuate drum, FCDU screw and FCDU pump in accordance with control algorithms.
EFFECT: technical result is providing automation and optimization of suspension centrifugation process.
