FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to superfine grinding of fine-dispersed materials in liquid media and can be used in various technological processes of medical, food and chemical industry, in particular, in production of lacquer coating materials. Ultrasonic dispersion device consists of a housing with closed ends, which forms a grinding chamber, in the centre of which there is an ultrasonic vibrator. On open ends of housing there are output and inlet unions. Outlet unions are installed along the housing longitudinal axis. Inlet unions are arranged along transverse axis. Ultrasonic vibrator is equipped with two high-amplitude concentrators installed symmetrically to each other on both sides. High-amplitude concentrators are fixed to the body by a membrane, and their ends form gaps with the end of the corresponding outlet branch pipe on its inlet side. Inlets unions have the possibility of adjusting their cross-sectional area and are equipped with a control mechanism. Each outlet of the device additionally includes series-connected temperature sensor installed on each of outlet nozzles, and a comparison circuit, the second input of which is process, and the output is connected to the inlet of the control mechanism of cross-section area of the connection pipe.
EFFECT: higher degree of dispersion of obtained material.
