FIELD: crushing or grinding of various materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for grinding material. Disclosed is an ultrasonic grinding device comprising an electric drive connected to a rotary platform and an electric power switch, an ultrasonic generator, an ultrasonic magnetostrictive transducer with a matching element - a passive concentrator, made with smooth exponential transitions and mechanical grinder made in the form of a cone with corrugated working surface, which is installed inside the fixed cylindrical reservoir, in the upper part of which there installed is an unloaded material loading unit, and in lower part - processed material unloading assembly, movable cone-shaped container. Passive concentrator of ultrasonic oscillations made of ferrotitanium is equipped with an electromagnet which consists of a winding and a core with ferromagnetic properties and is connected to a control unit. Outlet of the nozzle of the movable cone-shaped container contains a temperature sensor, to which an analogue comparator is connected, the output of which is connected to the electromagnet control unit.
EFFECT: higher quality of grinding process.
