FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely gynecology and endocrinology, and can be used to determine the severity of ovarian dysfunction in adolescent girls suffering from menstrual disorders. For this purpose in the blood serum of girls with pubertal hyperandrogenism with menstrual disorders is determined the Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH) and follistatin on the 4–5 day cycle, with increased level of AMH to 10 ng/ml and follistatin to 1000 pg/ml mild ovarian dysfunction is diagnosed, with increased levels of AMH more than 10 ng/ml and follistatin more than 1000 pg/ml severe ovarian dysfunction is diagnosed.

EFFECT: method allows to determine with some accuracy a particular form of ovarian dysfunction in order to predict and optimize treatment approaches for each patient.
