SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to diagnose early manifestations of androgen deficiency. A survey of women of reproductive age is conducted. Answers are scored. All points are summed up. The fraction of dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) or androstenedione in blood serum is determined. If the total score is more than 26 and the value of DHEA or androstenedione is less than 7.0 pg/ml, manifestations of androgen deficiency and a decrease in ovarian reserve are diagnosed.
EFFECT: method provides expanding the arsenal of technical means for diagnosing androgen deficiency in women of reproductive age, allows at an earlier stage to identify manifestations of androgen deficiency and improve the accuracy of diagnostics by evaluating a complex of the most significant indicators.
