Hydraulic tool comprises a stator having several helical teeth, a rotor arranged to rotate inside the stator and having one helical tooth smaller than the stator, wherein the rotor helical teeth are able to engage with the stator helical teeth during rotation of the rotor, at least one insert, comprising a volume of solid material attached to the substrate, having a Knoop hardness value of about 800 kgf/mm2 (7845 MPa) or more and thickness of at least 1 mm, wherein said at least one insert has a main surface, the contour of which corresponds to the surface of the stator or rotor, and metal binder adjacent to said at least one insert and in contact therewith.
EFFECT: providing high resistance to abrasive particles and possibility of operation in conditions of high temperatures in crystalline rocks of deep occurrence.
