FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drilling, particularly, to production of downhole motor stator. Proposed method comprises making of spindle 506 with outer geometry complying with required inner geometry of stator and applying of flexible sleeve over said spindle 506. Besides, stator tube 502 is produced with inner surface while binder is applied on inner surface of stator pipe 502. Flexible sleeve and spindle 506 are fitted in stator pipe 502 while reinforcing material 510 is fitted in said pipe 502 for sealing the space between said sleeve and said pipe 502. Reinforcing material 510 is hardened to bind said material 510 with flexible sleeve and stator pipe 502.

EFFECT: efficient production of downhole motors and its components.
