ASYNCHRONOUS MOTOR ROTOR Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC H02K17/16

Abstract RU 2690680 C1

FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: asynchronous motor rotor represents symmetrical structure with axial symmetry axis (1) and radial axis of symmetry (2) and comprises shaft (3), rotor core (4), short-circuited rotor winding consisting of rods (5) and two short-circuiting rings (6) with chamfers (7), and two screens (8). Short-circuiting rings (6) of the short-circuited winding of the rotor and screens (8) are located symmetrically relative to the radial axis of symmetry (2) and are identical to each other. Shaft (3) is located along axial axis of symmetry (1), core of rotor (4) is fixed on shaft (3), is made in the form of cylindrical laminated pack with grooves on outer cylindrical surface. Rods (5) of short-circuited rotor winding are located in grooves of rotor (4) core. Short-circuiting rings (6) of short-circuited winding of rotor are located on surfaces of end faces of rotor core (4). At that short-circuiting rings (6) of short-circuited winding of rotor are made in the form of hollow cylinder with thickness of bn in direction of axial axis of symmetry (1) and thickness an in direction of radial axis of symmetry (2). On outer ends of short-circuiting rings (6) chamfers (7) are made. Screens (8) are double-layered and fixed on short-circuiting rings (6), inner layers of screens (8) are installed on external surfaces of short-circuiting rings (6). Inner layers of shields (8) are made in the form of rings and have cross-section of three-sided box-like shape with two axial walls and one radial wall with thickness of (0.07–0.08)bn. Inner layers of screens (8) have inner bulges made along the entire length of circle of intersection of lower axial and radial walls. Internal thickenings have triangular cross section. Outer layers of screens (8) are installed on inner layers of screens (8) above internal bulge. At that, outer layers of screens (8) are made in the form of rings, have an L-shaped cross section with perpendicular walls, the thickness of which is (0.02–0.03)bn and height of which is (0.14–0.16)bn.

EFFECT: invention is intended for use in asynchronous electric motors with power of more than 100 kW and is aimed at improving reliability of electric motor operation and associated with it supply circuit and process equipment due to improvement of its starting parameters.
