FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vibration equipment and can be used in industries. Proposed device comprises drive motor arranged in unbalance drive and unbalance adjustment drive. Unbalance is made in the form of L-shaped lever pivotally connected in the center on the engine driving shaft, and on the tail part of the lever arm of which the static mass is fixed, and on the second arm a longitudinal slot is made. At that, drive shaft is fixed in housing on two support bearings and is made hollow with open slot along generatrix, in the cavity of which there is a bearing and a movable rod connected through an open slot with the second arm of the L-shaped lever by means of a control plate with possibility of changing their mutual position by fixing the plate in the slot of the lever. Note here that unbalanced coaxial to eccentric motor accommodates electromagnetic actuator with rod jointed with bearing and working rod arranged in engine shaft cavity. Efficiency of unbalance is controlled by changing frequency of supply voltage with allowance for difference between these frequencies (sliding), and amplitude of oscillations is controlled by changing static moment of unbalance.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of reliability and expansion of functional capabilities.
