SUBSTANCE: device can be implemented in various branches of industry where vibrating devices working under hard conditions are required. The unbalance vibration generator consists of electrical motor and of unbalances assembled on the output shaft; one of the unbalances is fixed, while the other is turn able, the unbalances are tied with a spring element. A fan is installed between a turn able unbalance and the electrical motor, the said fan is secured on the turn able unbalance, and a spring element is made as a torsion spring, the both ends of which are attached to unbalances.

EFFECT: increase of reliability and enhancement of functions.
