SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a vibration technique and can be used in various industries where highly resonant vibration devices with severe operating conditions are used: passing through a resonance and, as a result, a difficult start. Unbalance exciter contains an electric motor, on the shaft thereof there is a fixed unbalance. Movable unbalance is mounted on an eccentric bushing, the axis thereof is offset relative to the axis of the shaft towards the centre of gravity of the movable unbalance. Limiting stop is mounted on the movable unbalance; lever is fixed on the shaft and directed in the direction opposite to the shaft axis from the axis of the eccentric bushing.

EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the reliability of the unbalanced vibration exciter when operating in resonant vibrating machines.
