SUBSTANCE: invention relates to memory data request processing devices. Device includes a programmable unit for processing data memory transfer request (PPDMTR) and programmable unit of direct memory access (PDMA). Unit PPDMTR includes at least one programmable region descriptor. Unit PDMA includes at least one programmable control memory-memory transfer descriptor. Unit PDMA adapted to send memory data memory request to a unit PPDMTR. Unit PPDMTR is adapted to receive and successfully process a memory data transmission request sent by a unit PDMA, which is addressed in memory area, which is associated with part of at least one region unit descriptor PPDMTR.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of memory throughput.
