FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for molding a composite element reinforced with fibers. Device contains two parts 2, 3 of the mold, which approach each other and are removed from each other, and in the state of mold closing, place the prepreg between them, which is produced as a result of the resin impregnation of layers of woven material. Device also includes heat sources 4 for heating resin in prepreg by means of two parts 2, 3 of mold. Each of two parts 2, 3 of mold comprises base mold 21, 33 and forming mold 25, 35, which is connected to base form 21, 33 with possibility of disconnection and is brought into contact with prepreg. Forming mold 25, 35 of mold parts 2, 3 are made of metal with coefficient of thermal expansion lower than that of base molds 21, 33.
EFFECT: use of detachable structure in parts of mold to reduce load on operators, performing replacement of parts of mold, and during heating for molding provides for suppression of influence of thermal expansion of parts of mold on molded composite element reinforced with fibers.
