FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering. Method of making a box-like monolithic structure for aircraft fuselages and wings includes a step of using two or more auxiliary tools (15), having a shape that complements the shape of cavities (18), and a composition based on a reinforcing material and a polymer. Auxiliary tools (15) allow direct lamination of their outer walls (16) with prepreg material and are made to achieve a flexible elastic state at a temperature below curing temperature and above 50 °C. During curing, curing pressure is applied both outside the formed structure and inside auxiliary tools (15), walls (16) of which become flexible, providing pressure on material of curable prepreg.
EFFECT: simplified manufacturing and higher quality of surface finishing.
