FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device 1 for forming composite element with fibre reinforcement. Device comprises a pair of half-molds 2, 3 for clamping a multilayer prepreg P, or superimposed prepreg sheets consisting of long carbon fibres impregnated with resin, coils 8 for induction heating, intended for heating of thermoplastic resin contained in prepreg through half-molds 2, 3, and cooling channels 9. Latter are intended for cooling of resin through half-molds 2, 3 after its melting. Each of half-molds 2, 3 has working surface 61, 71, which is brought into contact with the multilayer prepreg P. Working surface 61, 71 is divided into a plurality of areas, and along working surface 61, 71 a plurality of cells 62 are formed so that they are open in reverse side from this surface. Each of them corresponds to one area of this surface. Coils 8 of induction heating are installed in cells 62, and cooling channels 9 are created in each of half-molds 2, 3 passing along working surface 61, 71.

EFFECT: technical result achieved when using the device according to the invention is to provide sufficient rigidity of half-molds 2, 3 and uniform temperature distribution during heating and cooling.
