SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method for stimulating hair growth and preventing hair loss in a patient, to a composition used in the method, as well as to a method for preparing said composition. Method for stimulating hair growth and preventing hair loss in a patient is characterized by that a composition containing an effective amount of the active ingredient based on bFGF and platelet-enriched plasma (PRP) are introduced intracutaneously or subcutaneously on an affected area of a patient suffering from hair loss.
EFFECT: group of inventions has the effect of creating new blood vessels on the affected area, which improves blood supply, stimulates growth of fibrous tissues and promotes tissue regeneration, which in turn leads to thickening of skin tissue in the affected area.
