SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely dermatovenerology and cosmetology. The patient is prescribed a microneedling effect on the alopecia zone using a 540 microneedle mesoroller, the length of the needles is 0.5-1 mm. For this purpose, the mesoroller is rolled with pressure in the longitudinal, transverse and diagonal directions until uniform capillary bleeding is obtained, for 10-20 minutes, for a course of 10 procedures carried out at intervals of 1 week.
EFFECT: method has a stimulating effect on hair growth, which is expressed in increasing hair density, reducing hair loss, improving the aesthetic appearance of the patient, increases the remission period, reduces the frequency of relapses, leads to a significant improvement in the quality of life of patients.
