FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical industry, specifically to production of crystalline hydroxylamine sulphate (HAS), which is used in production of chemical reagents and materials: lacquer, photoreagents, film photomaterials, for production of free base of hydroxylamine for needs of radioelectronic industry. Disclosed is a method of producing crystalline hydroxylamine sulphate from an aqueous solution of hydroxylamine sulphate, involving crystallisation at low temperature and stirring, centrifuging, drying with hot air with production of several weakly concentrated hydroxylamine sulphate solutions, their combination and direction of combined flow to stage of obtaining hydroxylamine sulphate aqueous solution, in which an aqueous solution of hydroxylamine sulphate is directly subjected to crystallisation in the presence of an aqueous solution of an aliphatic alcohol C1-C3 at weight ratio of aqueous solution of hydroxylamine sulphate: aqueous solution of aliphatic alcohol equal to 1:(0.5–0.9), to obtain a mixture of a weakly concentrated aqueous-alcoholic hydroxylamine sulphate solution and hydroxylamine sulphate crystals, separating the hydroxylamine sulphate crystals with decantation, and before direction of combined flow of weakly concentrated solution of hydroxylamine sulphate to stage of obtaining aqueous solution of hydroxylamine sulphate from it is extracted aqueous solution of alcohol, which is sent to crystallization stage.

EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of power inputs and simplification of process technology.
