SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming by sheet metal materials by means of pulsed magnetic field. Cylindrical inductor together with the cage and support plates is fixed on the posts with possibility of movement and fixation; spring-loaded intermediate plates are installed between the support plates, the lower and upper plates of the device and can move along the posts. Said intermediate plates have step bearings with their end conical surface in constant contact with end face conical surfaces of annular spring-loaded segments, as well as puncheon holders with puncheons. At that, on the upper and lower plates matrixes with guides and pullers are fixed.
